The project yielded 4 exclusive apps for Google Pixel 6, utiliziung its high-performance camera to help Gen Z better express creativity.

• Worked with Google UX Lead, Research Lead, Engineerings and Project Manager.

• Orchestrated project scheduling and resource allocation to ensure seamless coordination.

• Facilitated strategic primary and secondary research.

• Guided team members of diverse expertise through research meetings and workshops, standardizing the data collection process.

• Led team through data affinitization and valuable insight extraction.

• Directed UX design from ideation to final delivery, fostering collaborative ideation, knowledge sharing, and cohesive project advancement.

Beep x SCADpro 01/2022 – 03/2022

This project designed a complete autonomous driving transportation package for Beep's 3rd generation mobility service, including an autonomous bus, user experience, and branding package.

• Coordinated project management activities, including schedule planning, work distribution across the team, and facilitating seamless collaboration.

• Fostered a harmonious team environment by resolving conflicts and promoting effective collaboration.

• Directed both primary and secondary research strategically under tight time constraints.

• Identified major stakeholders and facilitated efficient communication to ensure clear information sharing with Beep Marketing Officer, Technology Officer, and Founders.

• Led end-to-end UX design for various products, overseeing research, design, and delivery phases.
